Aim

To determine selected Council members’ attitudes towards, and perceptions of, the Council.

Strategy

We designed, conducted and reported on a survey undertaken by 37 Council members. Wells Haslem Mayhew conducted face-to-face and phone interviews, where the respondents were asked a series of qualitative and quantitative questions.

Outcome

The results of the survey indicated strongly that the Council is an effective and influential industry association that outperforms other membership-based organisations operating either in the same field or representing the business interests more broadly.
