Alexandra Mayhew, CO-CEO
Alexandra is a founding Partner of Wells Haslem Mayhew. She is also the IPREX Asia-Pacific (APAC) President.
IPREX is a global communications platform and in her role as APAC President she is responsible for boosting the relationships with partners in the region.
Working in public relations throughout the last decade, Alexandra has built her skill set during the period of the fastest change and growth the industry has ever experienced. This, combined with the esteemed experience of her business partners, has allowed Alexandra to build a robust skill set suited to today’s dynamic communications environment. Alexandra is as comfortable in the boardroom providing C-suite advice to blue chip organisations as she is creating video for start-ups or optimising digital platforms.
Alexandra’s expertise lies in strategy development, research, innovation, and digital communications.
Alexandra has board experience with charity technology start-up OnNow, The Sydney Peace Foundation, and as National Vice Convenor of the United Nations Association of Australia Young Professionals.
Prior to Wells Haslem Mayhew, Alexandra worked in public relations firms across the FMCG and corporate sectors, providing advice to clients such as Westpac, Dell, Red Bull, and Colgate Palmolive. She later worked in media and marketing in sports publishing.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications – Public Relations and Organisational Communications, Minor in Politics) from Charles Sturt University in Bathurst NSW Australia.
Alexandra is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
